Dawn Freeland

Dawn Freeland is an artist living in Dallas, Texas. She grew up in East Tennessee surrounded by music, art and storytelling. Dawn has had the opportunity to live in the Far East and Eastern Europe and to travel extensively. She believes God is the ultimate Creator and she is but an artist reflecting His creation through light and color.
 
Aristotle said, "The soul never thinks without a picture." Dawn's desire is to create pictures which cause the soul to think.
 
Her mediums of choice are acrylics, collage and silk painting. Her work ranges from serene to lively and can be seen in collections both nationally and internationally.
